Why go through a browser instead of the app
Every TeraBox share URL points at a share record rather than at the file. TeraBox's own player reads that record, asks its backend for a temporary signed storage URL, and streams from there. A resolver does the same handshake and hands the signed URL straight to you. Because that URL is not subject to the app's free-tier speed cap, browser downloads typically finish considerably faster — and nothing is copied onto our servers, so the transfer runs directly between your device and TeraBox storage.

Download on Android, iPhone and desktop
On Android, Chrome saves the file into Downloads and the gallery picks it up after the media scan. On iPhone, Safari routes the file into the Files app under Downloads — long-press it there and choose Save to Photos to move it into your camera roll. On desktop, the file goes wherever your browser normally saves downloads. For very large files, keep the tab in the foreground so the browser does not cancel the transfer.
When a TeraBox link fails
Failures are almost always one of five things: the share expired (TeraBox allows 1-, 7- and 30-day expiry), the share is password-protected, the URL was truncated by a chat app, the uploader deleted the file, or your ISP blocks the storage host.
